5 things I wish I knew sooner as a beginner golfer 🏌🏻♀️
1. Playing summer golf ☀️ and putting the clubs away for the winter ❄️ puts you right back to the start the following summer. So keep the clubs out even if it’s just hitting the range over the winter 🥶
2. Taking a practice swing and going through a routine before I hit each shot. Plus having a different routine for driver, irons and putter and keep my mind on the routine 🤯
3. You don’t hit the ball on the way 🆙 so keep my backswing slow instead of fast 💨
4. Marking my ball on the greens and cleaning it 🧼 Then placing it back using the line to mark the direction of my putt 🕳️
5. Worrying over a bad shot, I try not to over think them now and move on.
A new hole 🕳️ = new goal ⛳️
